Our priority is for you to receive your juices fresh and in perfect condition. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow strict procedures for shipping. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). We receive and prepare your order to ensure maximum freshness before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

2. Shipping Options & Rates

  • We offer shipping to Florida, USA.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on the delivery address, package weight, and the shipping method you select.

  • We use reliable carriers to ensure quick delivery, generally with 3- or 5-day shipping options.

3. Packaging for Perishable Products

To maintain the quality and temperature of our juices, each order is packed in an insulated box with ice packs. This helps the juices stay cold during transport. It is crucial that the products are refrigerated immediately upon delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery.

5. Delivery Responsibility

  • Correct Address: You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect shipping information.

  • Package Receipt: Since our products are perishable, it is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package on the scheduled delivery date. If a package is returned or the juices spoil because you were unable to receive them, we cannot offer a refund.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Damaged or Incorrect Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us at our email within 24 hours of delivery. Attach photos of the damage so we can assess the situation and find a solution.

  • Lost Packages: If your order shows it was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier immediately.
